Health insurance plans that usually determine a flat price or co-pay for prescription refillment unfortunately do not approve the same discounts on non-prescription nutraceuticals and supplements. Because these insurance providers do not extend the same coverage for Ayurvedic medical practices and Ayurvedic-prescribed medications, Somalab has created Advantage Care Direct.
Orders for all products (single- and multi-bottle offers, as well as any combination or care pack specials), include automatic enrollment in our ACD Program.
You will receive a one-time, 60-day cycle of the product you initially ordered (Serogen, Serogen-SP, or Sensagen) approximately 5 days before your current order cycle runs out. Your credit card will be billed the Advantage Care price of $70.00 on the day product is shipped, unless you cancel before the shipment date.
There is no obligation to remain on ACD, and you can discontinue at any time. To discontinue, simply call Somalab Customer Care at 1-877-737-6436, during business hours (EST), Monday through Saturday, or you can send email to cancelorder@somalab.net (include full name under which the order was placed and full shipping address). Please note: we must receive your cancellation prior to the shipment to avoid a charge.
